TwitterClient by Davanum Srinivas is the first publicly released Android application which comes not from Google! As the title says, it is a Twitter client, which allows you to send a new tweet and view incoming tweets from friends.
The main objective of the project Let's Coffee is mood!
We tried to create a real-time social network using the most advanced technologies.
Probably everyone always had the desire to simply go to a cafe and have coffee with friends. But we closed our eyes and passed by, because drinking coffee alone is boring and not interesting. And did you ever think that many people have such a wish? Now you have a solution to this problem.
KudoStar is a mobile social rating system that connects your contacts and favorite locations. People and places accumulate positive and negative Kudostars (KudoScore), with relevant sound, images, and video while keeping the user interface intuitive and simple to use.
KudoStar then uses this information and ties it in with not only other Android phones but also your social networking sites. KudoStar will also utilize Facebook's F8 and Google's opensocial platforms to virally spread the collected data to a multitude of users.
CallFreq is a new generation of a phone dialer. It intelligently analyzes the calling patterns of an Android communicator user and provide you only with the contacts that you currently need most.
The current release of CallFreq allows the user to locate the contacts with whom (s)he communicated most over the last time period and instantly dial them:
1. On the HOUR screen, contacts that user spoke to most often during the last 60 minutes are displayed.
2. On the DAY screen, contacts that user spoke to most often during the last 24 hours are displayed.

Information Week Magazine kind of believed that Google is currently working with Dell in releasing the first Android Phone.
Director of Strategy Analytics Neil Mawston, being quoted in Marketing Week, pretty much hits the nail on the head. He said: "It makes sense for Dell to have a high-profile entry back into the market because its last effort with PDAs pretty much flopped." The Axim line of Pocket PCs were priced well, but failed to compete with HP's more enterprise-worthy hardware.
Hello World! It is a good start!
